Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

Shipping Policy Template

All orders are shipped Australia wide with Australia Post.

Once item is ready, an order and postage label will be made with Australia Post and you will receive notification with update and tracking via email.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
 We do not accept returns for change of mind, as they are custom made products. You will receive a mock up/sample picture of your product for approval before production.

If the item arrives damaged you have up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Email us at hello@custom-engraving.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
